Go to my.scouting.org where you will be prompted to log in or create an account if you do not already have one.
Note: Please do not create a new account if you are unable to login into your existing account or if the system finds that you already have an account. If you encounter difficulties, contact the Council Registrar for assistance.
Create an Account is on the left side. Log in to an existing account is on the right side.
Once you enter your data, the system will see if it finds any matches.
If it finds a match based on First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Zip Code, the system will ask if this is the member.
Below is a graphic showing two examples of a found member.
The first shows a Member ID that does not have a login and may be claimed if it is the member.
The second shows “Recover Account” and has a login for which you would need to provide additional data to recover.
If no matches are found, you will not see this interface, and you can proceed with setting up a new account.
If there are no matches but one should have been found, it means that something may be wrong, and you need to stop and check that you have entered your details correctly.
