2024 ScoutReach Endowment Auction

Join us on Sept. 17 at the Angus Barn Pavilion where we’ll run an auction for permanent funding to run local Scouting programs that develop character, citizenship, leadership, patriotism, self-reliance and personal fitness.

These funds also help remove financial barriers for youth to participate in Scouting and allow for outreach programs to serve at-risk youth in our most underserved communities. To deliver Scoutreach properly, it requires permanent recession-proof funding. Scouting’s mission is critical to North Carolina’s workforce development. The time to do give and invest in our youth is now.

Occoneechee Council, Scouting America is one of the largest and most prominent youth development organizations in North Carolina. We provide young people in Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Harnett, Lee, Moore, Orange, Vance, Wake and Warren Counties with responsible fun and adventure while instilling in them lifetime values and ethical character development as expressed by the Scout Oath and Law.
