The purpose of the Association shall be to provide a forum for the youth leadership of the Venturing Crews of Occoneechee Council, to provide Venturing programs support through the district officers, to promote Venturing programs, to assist the district Roundtable Commissioners and staff upon request, and also to provide a variety of program and training
