In October 2019, the Council Board voted a $48 fee for each youth Scout registered during the 2020 recharter, payable no later than August 1st, 2020. Council sent emails on June 3, 2020, to all unit Key 3 members, with the billing statements for this fee.  Units needing to apply for assistance for this fee

The Triangle Nonprofit and Volunteer Leadership Center

Reserve A Campsite

Reserve A Campsite Collectively Camp Durant and Camp Reeves are known as the Occoneechee Scout Reservation (OSR) and are located in Carthage, NC. Units, Individuals, BSA Training, as well as other events may reserve areas/building/campsites/cabins through the Online link below. A Council employee monitors these requests and confirms via email. Also, we have Camp Campbell in

Occoneechee’s Summer Camp program is held at the Occoneechee Scout Reservation on the Camp Durant property.
